Wigan Warriors players have been put through their paces as they prepare for the new Super League season.

The squad found themselves undertaking backbreaking tasks on a cold morning in north Wales as they helped to construct a new mountain bike course.

Wigan, champions of England on 21 occasions, missed out on the post-season semi-finals last year after they finished sixth in the table and will be keen to return to form in 2018.

The squad were invited to the event by Red Bull.
