St Helens coach Daniel Anderson has named Maurie Fa'asavalu in his 19-man squad for Saturday's televised clash with Les Catalans.
The Great Britain international aggravated an ankle injury during last weekend's Carnegie Challenge Cup win over Warrington.
However, the forward will have a late fitness test to see if he can take part in the battle of the Super League high-flyers at Knowsley Road.
Paul Sculthorpe is once again missing for the home side as he continues to recover from a chest injury.
Saints have scored more than 50 points in their three games against the French side on home soil.
Les Catalans head on their travels as the form side in the competition having now won eight on the bounce.
Their fabulous run of results started with a 24-10 win over their next opponents at the Stade Gilbert Brutus in Perpignan.
John Wilson returns to the squad for a match that will see coach Mick Potter go up against his future employers.
The Australian has already signed a two-year deal to take over from the departing Anderson at the end of the current campaign, although he insists he is fully focused on the Dragons..
"It's business as usual. I've never been in this situation and I haven't really thought about it," he said.
"People go to watch the players play. It hasn't been an issue so far and I don't think it will be.
"I'm really concentrating on getting a win for Catalans. The focus will be on getting a win and trying to upset St Helens."
