Former Great Britain centre Chev Walker is back for Hull Kingston Rovers' trip to Wakefield on Sunday.
The 25-year-old missed the victory over the Catalans Dragons and defeat to the Warrington Wolves last time out with a shin injury.
But the ex-Leeds Rhino returned to training on Friday and has made it into Justin Morgan's 20-man squad along with back row forward Chris Chester, who has struggled with a calf injury.
"It's nice to have Chev back because he's a big-game player for us," said
Morgan. "He's a handful and he'll certainly add some potency to our attack."
Walker's deputy, Kris Welham, is out with a damaged hand though, while former Wakefield winger Peter Fox has a sternum injury and utility player Stanley Gene is suspended.
Hooker Kirk Netherton comes back into the squad after missing out last time out and half-back Charlie I'Anson is the final addition.
The Wildcats come into this game on the back of their late defeat at St Helens, but John Kear will have been heartened by what he saw.
Despite all Wakefield's injuries the Challenge Cup holders were pushed really close by the side that has already beaten Bradford Bulls this season.
Tony Martin (hamstring), Damian Blanch (shoulder), hooker Tevita Leo-Latu (calf tear) remain sidelined, but there is hope for captain Jason Demetriou to make a return from his ankle injury.
Paul Reilly falls out of the squad that did so well for 65 minutes at Knowsley Road with young back rower Jay Pitts coming into the party.
The former Huddersfield Giant is unavailable due to suspension after being handed a one-match ban for tripping.
Wakefield 20-man squad: Atkins, Rooney, Brough, Watene, Sculthorpe, Ferres, MacGillivray, Demetriou, Obst , Bibey, Henderson, Wilkes, Gleeson, Grix, Golden, Ferguson, Moore, George, Murphy, Pitts.
Hull KR 20-man squad: Briscoe, Steel, Menzies, Walker, J. Webster, Fitzhenry, Chester, J. Webster, Vella, Fisher, Aizue, Newton, Galea, Murrell, I'Anson, Mills, Crossman, Cockayne, J. Netherton, K. Netherton.
