Wigan Warriors include centre Darrell Goulding and second row Gareth Hock in their 19-man squad for Friday evening's visit of Harlequins RL.
Goulding is selected for the fist time since the Challenge Cup quarter-final loss to Leeds on May 31, while Hock faces a fitness test on the ankle injury that kept him out of the 22-22 draw with Castleford last time out.
The Warriors, who sit fifth in the engage Super League table, will be playing on home soil at the JJB Stadium for the first time in six weeks, during which time the pitch has been relaid.
Harlequins RL make three changes to their 19-man squad after winger Rikki Sheriffe, prop Karl Temata and captain Rob Purdham all failed to recover from injuries.
Those fitness problems have prompted coach Brian McDermott to call-up Jamie O'Callaghan, Dave Williams and Dave Tootill.
O'Callaghan is a 17-year-old full-back who has impressed in the reserves recently, while forward duo Willams and Tootill have also played most of their rugby in the reserves this season.
Wigan squad: Mathers, Calderwood, Goulding, Carmont, Richards, Barrett, Leuluai, Fielden, Higham, Paleaaesina, Hock, Bailey, Colbon, Coley, Hansen, McIlorum, Prescott, Phelps, O'Carroll
Harlequins squad: Bryan, Clubb, Grayshon, Haggerty, Heckenberg, Hill, Howell, Mbu, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Melling, Orr, Paul, Randall, Sharp, Ward, Worrincy, Tootill, Williams, O'Callaghan
