Aironi will be without Gareth Krause and Kaine Robertson for the visit of Glasgow Warriors.
The duo, who both scored in the historic victory over Connacht, will be replaced by Nicola Cattina and Giulio Toniolatti.
Italy internationals Salvatore Perugini and Quintin Geldenhuys are both back in the squad, although they will start the game on the bench.
Warriors coach Sean Lineen admits his side will face a difficult encounter following Aironi's first Magners League win last time out.
Lineen said: "We've had a couple of wins over in Italy in the Heineken Cup but we know it's going to be a tough ask this time around.
Momentum
"Aironi got their first win in the league last week over Connacht - a team which has beaten us twice this year.
"They'll have a little bit of momentum and a strong squad with some quality players. We haven't won away from home yet this season so we are under no illusions."
Glasgow will welcome back Graeme Morrison, Henry Pyrgos, Pat MacArthur, Ryan Grant and Tom Ryder to the starting line-up, with Peter Murchie moving to full-back.
Scotland internationalists John Barclay, Richie Gray and Alastair Kellock will not feature following discussions between the respective coaching and medical staffs of Warriors and the national team.
