Aironi will look to finish their debut season off on a high as they entertain Leinster in the first of two home games.
Having lost to Edinburgh in their final road trip of the campaign, Aironi have made a number of changes for their return to the comforts of Stadio Zaffanella.
Horacio San Martin, Gabriel Pizarro and Tito Tebaldi start in the back division, while Joshua Furno, Fabio Staibano, Alberto de Marchi and Josh Sole have been added to the pack.
Leinster have named a side mixed with youth and experience for the trip to Italy - with Ireland captain Brian O'Driscoll set to lead the side.
O'Driscoll, joins David Kearney, Fergus McFadden, Luke Fitzgerald, Ian Madigan and Eoin Reddan in a new-look back division, while Sean O'Brien, Rhys Ruddock, Nathan Hines, Mike Ross, Jason Harris-Wright and Cian Healy have been added to the pack.
