Aironi have kept faith in the same line-up that lost their first-ever Magners League game in Munster for the visit of Ulster.
That means experienced hooker Fabio Ongaro has been passed fit to start after injuring his thumb at Thomond Park.
While the starting XV remains the same, there are a number of changes on the bench with Josh Sole, Pablo Canavosio, Luigi Ferraro and Luca Redolfini all called in.
Ulster boss Brian McLaughlin has made five changes to his line-up to travel to Italy.
Four of the switches come in the pack, with Tom Court and Chris Henry making their first starts of the season, Nigel Brady named at hooker and Robbie Diack starting at No.8
Rory Best and Stephen Ferris are both rested, while Willie Faloon and Bryan Young drop to the bench.
In the backs, Paddy Wallace also comes into the side after missing the win over the Ospreys - with the Ireland international set to partner Darren Cave in the centres.
