Ulster have made two changes to their line-up for their must-win clash with Aironi.
A victory over the Italians will secure Ulster a place in the last eight - although whether it is as pool winners or as one of the two best-placed runners-up will depend on the outcome of Biarritz's clash with Bath.
With Rory Best and BJ Botha ruled out through injury, Nigel Brady and Declan Fitzpatrick come into the front row, while Andi Kyriacou and Jerry Cronin start on the bench.
Aironi are determined not to let Ulster have things their own way, though, with the Italians welcoming back some of their star players.
