Ulster boss Brian McLaughlin has made just one change to his line up for the return fixture against Aironi in the Heineken Cup.
Ulster recorded a 31-10 victory over the Italians at Ravenhill, but they will face a much sterner examination of their last-eight hopes at the Stadio Brianteo.
The solitary switch from that win comes in the front row, with Tom Court preferred to Paddy McAllister.
Aironi welcome back a trio of Italy internationals to their starting XV, with Quintin Geldenhuys, Andrea Masi and Luciano Orquera.
Gabriel Pizarro, Ruggero Trevisan, and Giovanbattista Venditti also come into the line-up for the winless outfit.
