Australia look to bounce back from their disappointing loss to Ireland when they tackle the USA in Wellington.
The Wallabies slipped to a 15-6 defeat at Eden Park, leaving their World Cup ambitions in tatters.
However coach Robbie Deans has opted to name some of his fringe players for the clash with the Eagles.
Rob Horne, Drew Mitchell, Nathan Sharpe, Wycliff Palu, Scott Higginbotham, James Slipper and Rob Simmons all come into the side.
Skipper James Horwill has been rested, so Will Genia will lead the side.
USA coach Eddie O'Sullivan has also opted to make 14 changes to his line-up.
With the Americans having achieved their aim of beating Russia last time out, they have decided to freshen things up with only Hayden Smith keeping his place.
And in the absence of Todd Clever, Nottingham scrum-half Tim Usasz will skipper the makeshift side.
