Bath have made three changes to their starting line-up to face Stade Francais at the Recreation Ground.
Injury has sidelined England hooker Lee Mears, who will be sidelined for six to eight weeks, while Andrew Beattie is banned and Ryan Davis dropped to the bench for Sunday.
"We know that if we get our game right then we can compete with Stade Francais, and really whoever it might be. We will be looking at our performance and trying to get that spot on," said forwards coach Martin Haag.
Stade Francais make just one change as they seek to make it two wins from two in the competition, David Attoub replacing Sylvain Marconnet at prop.
