Coach Franco Smith, though, has opted to tweak his line-up following that 29-13 victory - with five changes in total.
There will be a new-look front row, with Franco Sbaraglini, who is making his Magners League debut, joining props Pedro Di Santo and Augusto Allori.
Flanker Marco Filippucci also appears for the first time, while captain Antonio Pavanello returns to the back-row.
The Blues will face Treviso for the first time without four of their key players.
Chris Czekaj, Bradley Davies, Xavier Rush and Casey Lualala are all missing for the Cardiff side
However director of rugby Dai Young does recall fit-again Gareth Cooper to the bench, while there are chances for Kristian Dacey and Tom Davies.
