Treviso have named former England Sevens captain Andy Vilk in their side for the visit of the Dragons.
Vilk has been named in the centres alongside Ezio Galon, with Benjamin De Jager back in the line-up while scrum-half Tobias Botes plays at full-back
Italy winger Ludovico Nitoglia also makes his first start since making the move from L'Aquila.
Bath centre Tom Cheeseman will make his first start for the Men of Gwent since moving from the Rec.
No.8 Andrew Coombs also makes his first start of the season, while centre Ashley Smith returns from a six-month lay-off to be named among the replacements.
The Dragons will be without Wales international Luke Charteris, though, as he is rested.
