Gordon D'Arcy, Rob Kearney and Eoin Reddan will make their first starts of the season when Leinster travel to Treviso.
The Irish internationals are added to the backline following the 34-23 victory over the Cardiff Blues.
Cian Healey and Rhys Ruddock come into the pack, with Isaac Boss, Fergus McFadden and Heinke van der Merwe named among the replacements.
Former Bath winger Joe Maddock will make his debut for Treviso following his summer move.
Ignacio Fernandez Rouyet, Lorenzo Cittadini and Valerio Bernabò also come into the starting XV, with Italy international Franco Sbaraglini included on the bench for the first time.
