Both Treviso and Leinster have made changes for Saturday's RaboDirect PRO12 match at the Stadio di Monigo.
The hosts, who drew 26-26 with Ospreys in Heineken Cup action last time out, have drafted in Luke McLean to replace Ludovico Nitoglia at full-back, while there are two new faces in their pack.
Flanker Paul Derbyshire gets the nod ahead of Benjamin Vermaak to renew his back-row partnership with Alessandro Zanni and Robert Barbier.
The other alteration sees Valerio Bernabo come in for Cornelius van Zyl at lock. Fellow second rower Antonio Pavanello will captain the side.
Matteo Muccignat (front row), Francesco Minto (flanker) and Alberto Di Bernardo (fly-half) have been drafted onto the bench.
Much-changed visitors
As for the visitors, Shane Jennings captains a Leinster line-up vastly different from the team that defeated Glasgow 38-13 in European action.
Fly-half Ian Madigan comes in for his ninth appearance of the season, as a number of Ireland internationals are given the weekend off.
Fergus McFadden is back on the right wing while Gordon D'Arcy and Eoin O'Malley - both try-scorers against the Warriors - continue their partnership in the centres; Eoin Reddan partners Madigan at half-back.
Rhys Ruddock and Leo Auva'a join Jennings in the back row, with Damian Browne, Jamie Hagan and Ireland prop Cian Healy all starting in the pack.
International trio Isaac Boss, Jamie Heaslip and Kevin McLaughlin are all selected for the bench. They are joined by Brendan Macken and Jack McGrath who have impressed in Leinster's the British & Irish Cup team.
