Perpignan have named a side showing five changes for their Heineken Cup clash against Treviso at Stadio Comunale di Monigo on Saturday.
Having opened their account last week with an unconvincing 23-19 victory over the Dragons at home director of rugby Jacques Brunel has opted to shake things up.
So in come Jean-Philippe Grandclaude at outside centre, Adrien Plante on the left wing, and Chris Cusiter at scrum-half. The back-line trio replace French centre David Marty, Julien Candelon and Nicolas Durand.
In the forwards there are two changes, including a new captain. Olivier Olibeau comes in for last week's captain Nathan Hines at second row, whilst England prop Perry Freshwater returns at loosehead and assumes the captain's arm band.
