Perpignan will travel to Italy needing a large slice of luck to have any hope of qualifying for the quarter-finals of the Heineken Cup.
The Catalan club need a maximum-point win and a string of unlikely results elsewhere if they are to qualify for the last eight as one of the two best second placed teams.
They gave themselves hope with a home victory over Ospreys and are expected to secure a comfortable win against pointless Treviso.
There are three changes in the Perpignan backs as Gavin Hume takes his place back at centre, Jerome Porical returns at full-back and Farid Sid starts on the right wing. Dan Carter's absence continues.
Pool Three whipping boys Treviso are looking to gain their first point of the competition in front of a home crowd. They will field a full-strength side including Italian international Andrea Marcato at fly-half.
