Treviso will hand a debut to new signing Willem De Waal for the Magners League outing against Ulster.
South African fly-half De Waal has teamed up with the Italians after completing his commitments with Western Province in the Currie Cup.
There will also be first appearances for Andrea Pratichetti and Enrico Ceccato, while Italy winger Michele Sepe will make his debut off the bench.
Ulster will be bolstered by the late inclusion of Paddy Wallace for the trip to the Stadio Monigo.
Wallace has been released from the Ireland squad to take his place in the centres alongside fit-again Darren Cave, with Nevin Spence and Ian Whitten dropping to the bench.
Bryan Young, Tim Barker and Willie Faloon come into the pack, with Paddy McAllister named among the replacements and Johann Muller and Robbie Diack ruled out through injury.
