Biarritz will be gunning for revenge when they play their return match against Aironi at Parc des Sports Aguilera on Friday.
Last year's beaten Heineken Cup finalist suffered a shock 29-27 defeat to Aironi last time out - with the Italians recording their first-ever victory in all competitions.
As a result, Biarritz have named a completely different front row for the match with Yvan Watremez, Benoit August and Alexandre Barozzi handed starts.
Samiu Vahafolau also comes into the back row, with Imanol Harinordoquy moving to No.8
In the backs, Marcelo Bosch replaces Charles Gimenez at outside centre.
Despite their historic victory over the French side, Aironi have opted to make nine changes of personnel for the rematch.
Jaco Erasmus, Simone Favaro, Vickus Liebenberg, Luigi Ferraro and Salvatore Perugini are added to the pack, while Gabriel Pizarro, Giulio Rubini, Riccardo Bocchino and Pablo Canavosio come into the backs.
There is also a positional switch with Matteo Pratichetti moving from the wing to start in the centres.
