Beaten finalists Biarritz have made just two changes to their line-up for the visit of Ulster.
Having edged out Bath 12-11 at The Rec last time out, Biarritz will welcome back Jerome Thion and Benoit August to the pack.
Thion comes into the second row, while August replaces Romain Terrain in the No.2 jersey.
Lions flanker Stephen Ferris returns to the Ulster side for the trip to France.
The inclusion of the Ireland international is one of four changes made following the convincing win over Aironi.
BJ Botha comes into the front row, while full-back David McIlwaine and centre Ian Whitten will replace the injured Jamie Smith and Darren Cave.
Ulster have also included Andi Kyriacou, Nevin Spence and Adam D'Arcy among the replacements.
