Bourgoin are determined to make Ospreys fight all the way for a quarter-final berth in the Heineken Cup by making just five changes to their line-up.
The French outfit have nothing to play for having won just once in five attempts in the competition this season, however they are in no mood to let the Ospreys to have an easy passage into the last eight.
The Welsh region need a bonus point victory to put the pressure on group leaders Gloucester - and to remain in the hunt for one of the two best runners-up spots should the Cherry and Whites beat Ulster.
Bourgoin have made three changes to their back division, with Anthony Forest named at full-back in place of Florian Denos, while Rudi Coetzee and Sebastien Laloo will pair up in the centres.
In the pack, hooker Jean-Philippe Genevois and prop Pablo Cardinali join Arnaud Tchougong in the front row.
Ospreys coach Lyn Jones knows his side faces a monumental task to topple Bourgoin at the Stade Pierre Rajon.
The Welsh region have not enjoyed the best of times on their travels in France, and despite Bourgoin already being eliminated from the competition, Jones has no doubt what awaits.
He told the club's website: "We face Bourgoin knowing that we must do what we have yet to do if we are to progress, and that is to win in France, but if you are going to achieve any kind of success in the Heineken Cup, then you have to do so at some stage.
"Bourgoin will certainly present a real challenge to us, as is always the case with any French side, regardless of the fact that they have no hope of qualification.
"They have competed well in every game in this season's Heineken Cup and will be keen to build up some momentum ahead of their game against Stade Francais in the T14 next weekend, so we realise that we have to prepare properly for this and not take anything for granted."
Richard Hibbard misses the trip to France after injurying himself when scoring against Gloucester in the previous round of fixtures, so he is replaced by on the bench by Ed Shervington.
