Several departing Bristol players will get a chance to bid farewell to the club in the Guinness Premiership encounter with Worcester on Saturday.
Head coach Richard Hill has selected Sam Cox, Rob Higgitt, Dave Hilton and Jason Strange in his starting line-up, with all four players leaving the club in the summer.
Bristol will play their last game at the Memorial Stadium, which is due to undergo a two-year redevelopment, before making their temporary exit to Newport's Rodney Parade ground.
"The atmosphere is almost second to none at the Memorial Stadium. There's a really close link between the players and the supporters," Hill said.
Great occasions
"There's no doubt that at difficult times over the past few years, the Memorial Stadium has been a huge factor in us winning matches. We've had some great occasions there."
Rising stars Joe Carlisle and James Collins are both included in the Worcester starting line-up.
Carlisle will be making his first Premiership start at fly-half, taking over the role from Shane Drahm who drops to the bench.
England Sevens ace Collins replaces skipper Pat Sanderson in the back row and is joined by Tom Wood and Drew Hickey, who is named captain for the day.
Chris Pennell will start at full-back in place of Thinus Delport, and Matt Mullan is named at hooker with Aleki Lutui ruled out by an elbow injury.
Dale Rasmussen is missing with a neck injury so New Zealand international Rico Gear steps in, while Will Bowley replaces Greg Rawlinson at lock.
