The French outfit have comfortably won both their previous appearances against the Italians - and are expected to be too strong again.
Samoan Gavin Williams, Gonzalo Canale, Julien Malzieu, Brent Russell and Morgan Parra come into a much-changed backline.
There is also a place for Christophe Samson in the second row alongside Thibaut Privat. Elvis Vermuelen anchors the pack at number eight.
