Connacht welcome back captain John Muldoon for their Amlin Challenge Cup quarter-final showdown against Bourgoin.
Back-row Muldoon is one of five players to pass a fitness test for Saturday's Galway Sportsground encounter, and will lead the Irish side as they bid to qualify for the semi-finals of European rugby's second tier tournament for the first time since 2005.
Muldoon was kept out of Connacht's recent Magners League games against Leinster and Edinburgh with a groin injury but has recovered to return to the starting XV at blindside flanker.
Centres Niva Ta'auso and Keith Matthews are also set to make comebacks, while George Naoupu takes over at number eight from Mike McComish, who drops to the replacements bench.
England-capped prop Robbie Morris returns to the squad and joins the bench having shaken off a calf injury.
Mike McCarthy, who started at number six for Connacht's victory against Edinburgh last Friday, moves to the second row in place of Bernie Upton, who is named as a replacement.
The Irish side will be looking to continue the 100 per cent record they have enjoyed in the tournament so far.
