Harlequins will be eager not to fall off the pace of Pool One leaders Bayonne when they face Connacht in the Amlin Challenge Cup on Friday.
Quins are level on 10 points with the French side, who take on bottom side Cavalieri Prato in Italy at the weekend, ahead of the clash in Galway.
Connacht, meanwhile, are five points adrift of their visitors and know that a defeat would end any hopes of progression to the quarter-finals.
The hosts stick with largely the same line-up from the 20-9 defeat at Twickenham Stoop last weekend, with Ronan Loughney replacing the injured Brett Wilkinson in the front row and Darragh Fanning starting on the wing ahead of Brian Tuohy, who is on the bench.
Fanning has impressed in training while Connacht Academy graduate Loughney will make his 70th appearance for the Irish province.
Quins have made a handful of changes, with Jordan Turner-Hall coming in at inside centre and scrum-half Danny Care returning from his one match suspension.
In the forwards, Ceri Jones comes into the front row ahead of Joe Marler while Pete Browne takes the No. 5 shirt and Nick Easter takes his place in the back row after illness.
