Dragons coach Paul Turner is expecting Bath to raise their game for the visit to Rodney Parade.
Bath have everything to play for as they can still progress to the quarter-finals - however they cannot afford to slip up on Sunday.
As a result Turner is expecting his side to be pushed all the way by the Premiership outfit.
"We were pleased with the performance up in Glasgow and glad to have come away with a win," he said.
"However this is a different competition and one in which all teams raise their game for. This is especially the case for Bath as they can still progress.
"I think we surprised a few people with our performance against them at their ground in October and we will be looking to get a win in front of our home support.
"Bath play some attractive rugby and are currently doing well in the Premiership so once again it will be a good test of our progress this season."
With Tom Willis rested, Turner has handed the captaincy to Bath-based Luke Charteris.
Must-win
Bath are chasing Toulouse in the pool - with a potential table-topping encounter with the French outfit in round six on the cards.
However coach Steve Meehan knows that unless his side beat the Dragons, then the encounter at the Rec will count for nothing.
"There is no Toulouse without the Dragons win. We must win this game," Meehan said.
"They (the Dragons) scrap well, they fight for one another and whilst they can't do any more in the competition they're playing at home and there's a lot of pride at stake - it won't be easy."
Meehan has beefed up his pack with the return of prop David Flatman, while Matt Banahan returns to the wing
