Luke Charteris will return to the Dragons squad to lead them for the clash with Connacht.
The Wales international had been withdrawn as a precaution after sustaining an eye injury - however he has been cleared to play.
All Blacks No.9 Danny Lee will make his first start for the club, while Rhodri Gomer Davies returns to the centres after recovering from a foot injury.
Hoani MacDonald is named on the bench after overcoming a shoulder problem.

The Magners League strugglers, who lost to Munster last time out, have recalled Liam Bibo, Niva Ta'auso, Miah Nikora and Conor O'Loughlin to back line, while up front Ronan Loughney, Michael Swift, Johnny O'Connor and Mike McCarthy return to the side.
"We know it will be a tough test against the Dragons but we are anxious to bounce back from last week," said Bradley.
