Edinburgh have made wholesale changes to their line-up for the crunch clash with Ulster on Friday.
Sean Lineen, who is looking to see his side leapfrog the Ravenhill-based side with a victory, has retained just Phil Godman in his back division following the 17-12 loss to Glasgow.
That means recently honoured Chris Paterson MBE, James King, Nick De Luca, top try-scorer Tim Visser, Tom Brown and skipper Greig Laidlaw all return.
In the pack, the all-international front-row of Allan Jacobsen, Ross Ford and Geoff Cross come into the side, while Esteban Lozada, Sean Cox and Roddy Grant also start.
Ulster have been buoyed by the return of their Ireland internationals for the trip to Murrayfield.
Andrew Trimble, Stephen Ferris, Tom Court and Rory Best all come in to the starting XV having missed the games over the festive period.
Trimble's inclusion sees Craig Gilroy switch to the left wing, Stefan Terblanche move to full-back and Adam D'Arcy drop to the bench.
Best and Court join All Blacks prop John Afoa in the front row, while Ferris replaces the benched Willie Faloon.
Paddy Wallace also returns to the squad after seven weeks on the sidelines with tendon damage in his thumb.
