England v Scotland: Teams

England manager Martin Johnson has turned to Alex Corbisiero to replace Andrew Sheridan in the front row for the Calcutta Cup clash with Scotland.

Sheridan misses the match with a calf injury, with Corbisiero having come off the bench for the Sharks prop in the RBS Six Nations victory over France.

Corbisiero also played in the win against Italy at Twickenham, with the London Irish prop's place on the bench taken by Paul Doran-Jones.

The only other change in the match-day squad comes among the replacements, with Leicester's Tom Croft returning after proving his fitness.

Croft comes in for Leeds flanker Hendre Fourie, however there is no place for Courtney Lawes as Simon Shaw has overcome a calf complaint.

Four changes

Scotland coach Andy Robinson has made four changes to his side for the Calcutta Cup clash.

Simon Danielli, Joe Ansbro, Rory Lawson and Nathan Hines all return as the Scots look to derail England's Grand Slam ambitions at Twickenham.

Danielli makes his first start of this season's Six Nations, Lawson is preferred in the No.9 jersey, while Ansbro returns after he missed the loss to Ireland with concussion.

Hines is named as the blindside flanker, with Kelly Brown set to start at No.8.

Mike Blair and Nick De Luca are on the bench alongside the fit-again Alasdair Strokosch, with Nikki Walker and Johnnie Beattie dropped from the squad.
