Scrum-half Haydn Thomas will become just the 24th player to play 100 games for Exeter when he runs out at Sandy Park against Wasps.
Exeter's final Aviva Premiership game of the season will provide a fitting backdrop for Thomas to celebrate his landmark.
This season Thomas, who recently penned a new three-year deal with the club, has again be a central figure in Exeter's charge, starting every league game up until the away fixture at Leeds.
"I was aware my 100th game was coming up and I knew it could be achieved this season before I got injured," he said.
"The injury kept me out for a few weeks and I wondered if I would do it this season or not. I've been lucky to come back from injury in time and it's nice that it's worked out that my 100th league game is at home.
Wasps changes
Meanwhile, Wasps travel to Sandy Park looking to bounce back from a disappointing effort against Bath in their last outing.
These two sides have met twice this season with Wasps winning the Premiership clash at home while Exeter won on their ground in the LV= Cup in November.
There are a number of changes to the Wasps side as Leon Holden takes charge of his final game at the club before he heads to coach a club side in Japan.
Among the changes, Nic Berry takes the number nine shirt from Joe Simpson, who suffered a broken thumb in the build-up to the last game.
On the wing Christian Wade replaces Tom Varndell, who has a knock, while Elliot Daly swaps places with Richard Haughton and moves to the wing with Haughton then named at full-back.
In the pack, Tim Payne, Richard Birkett and Sam Jones all come into the starting line-up while Joe Launchbury shifts to flanker.
It will also be a final appearance in a Wasps shirt for a number of players including Ben Jacobs, Dave Walder and Joe Ward who are all moving on next season.
