Canada may have produced the first upset of this year's tournament but that has not prevented France naming a 'second string' line-up.
Canada toppled Tonga 25-20 in a superb display, while France were given a fright by Japan before securing a flattering 47-21 victory.
However that has not stopped coach Marc Lievremont from making 12 changes to his team.
Only William Servat, Francois Trinh-Duc and Aurelien Rougerie, who skippers the side, retain their places in the starting XV.
Regular captain Thierry Dusautoir is omitted from the squad altogether, while Imanol Harinordoquy, Dimitri Yachvili, Fabrice Estebanez and Maxime Medard are included on the bench.
In stark contrast, Canada coach Kieran Crowley has named same matchday 22 that beat Tonga on Wednesday.
