Glasgow will be without both Evans brothers for Friday night's final Magners League game of the season against Connacht.
Centre Max was ruled out for up to six months with a serious knee injury on Wednesday and he has been joined on the sidelines by wing Thom, who suffered a calf strain in training.
Hefin O'Hare comes in for Max, while younger brother Thom is replaced by Scotland Sevens star Colin Shaw.
Colin Gregor is promoted to the starting scrum-half berth, while prop Kevin Tkachuk is preferred to Jon Welsh and young lock Richie Gray is handed his first start on home soil.
In the back row, James Eddie returns in place of Opeta Palepoi at blindside flanker and Kelly Brown switches with Calum Forrester to line up at openside and number eight respectively.
Head coach Sean Lineen delayed naming his starting XV until the last moment to give as many of his injured players as much time as possible to recover.
He said: "For us, this is the biggest game of the season.
"And it's important we finish this season with a win in front of a home crowd.
"Looking to the future, I'm really excited by the young players coming through and the attitude and enthusiasm they've brought to the team."
Connacht news
Basement side Connacht have made one change for the game.
Hooker Adrian Flavin will start with Sean Cronin - one of five Connacht players this week called into the Irish senior squad for the summer tour to Canada and the United States - reverting to the replacements.
Meanwhile, 20-year-old Academy prop Conor Higgins has been included among the replacements as Michael Bradley's men look to respond from last week's narrow defeat to Ulster.
Connacht have won their last two games against Glasgow but the Warriors won the equivalent fixture 16-15 last season at Firhill.
