The Warriors show seven changes to the side that defeated Treviso last Saturday and will be captained back-rower Chris Fusaro.
In the pack Gordon Reid lines up at loosehead prop, Tim Swinson forms a second-row alliance with Tom Ryder, while Josh Strauss comes into the back-row at number eight.
In the three-quarters, Troy Nathan makes a first start of the season at inside centre, while Paris' selection on the wing sees Niko Matawalu switch to scrum-half where he will join forces with number 10 Scott Wight.
"Considering we've had 13 players away with Scotland this week, we've been able to name another very strong side to tackle the Dragons," stated Glasgow coach Gregor Townsend.
The Dragons make two changes to the side that was well beaten by Ulster last time out.
Adam Jones starts at lock in place of Ian Nimmo, who is on the bench, while in the back row Jevon Groves get the nod to replace last week's captain Lewis Evans who is out with a groin injury.
