Glasgow Warriors coach Sean Lineen has made four changes to his side for Friday's RaboDirect PRO12 clash against Munster at Firhill.
Prop Jon Welsh picked up an ankle injury in the 28-14 defeat to Ulster last week and Ryan Grant comes into the front row in his absence.
Tom Ryder will pack down beside Nick Campbell in the second row, while skipper Rob Harley switches from second row to blindside flanker, with James Eddie moving to the bench.
There are two changes in the backs as Colin Gregor makes way for Henry Pyrgos at scrum-half and Federico Aramburu replaces Tommy Seymour, who has a back complaint, on the wing.
Lineen said he expects the new players to make a big impact against Munster.
"I'm pleased for Nick and Henry, because they're both players who work hard at their game and show an appetite to improve," he said.
Experience
"Nick will benefit from having an experienced customer like Tom in there with him, while Henry has a season of professional rugby under his belt now and will offer us good control and game understanding at half-back.
"It's disappointing to lose Tommy, as he's looked pretty sharp in the games he's had, but Fede is a very capable replacement who's calm under pressure and knows the standards you have to hit against quality opponents such as Munster."
Munster have named an all-new front row for the contest, with Wian du Preez, Damien Varley and John Hayes replacing Stephen Archer, Mike Sherry and Marcus Horan respectively.
But there is just one change to the back-line, with Simon Zebo replacing Denis Hurley on the wing after Hurley injured his hamstring against Dragons.
While Munster started the season with a 2012 win against the Dragons, coach Tony McGahan was unimpressed by the lack of discipline that saw Varley, Peter O'Mahony and Lifeimi Mafi all yellow carded.
"We had three (cards) against London Irish the week before and we had three against Dragons. Clearly not good enough," McGahan said.
