Saracens travel to Glasgow on Friday night with both sides able to qualify for the Heineken Cup quarter-finals for the first time in their history.
What could be an historic game for either side takes place at Firhill and it should be a pulsating clash between two sides bidding to drive their club further than ever before in the competition.
Saracens currently top Pool Four after beating Biarritz last week but the Warriors are five points behind them and could top the group above the Guinness Premiership side with a bonus-point victory.
Director of rugby Alan Gaffney has kept faith with his Saracens line-up that beat Biarritz 45-16 last weekend and sends the same 15 into battle on Friday.
Gaffney knows a lot about their Scottish opponents after four previous meetings in the last 12 months, so there should be no surprises as his men go for the win that will send them through.
Although Sarries are big favourites to make the knockout stages, Gaffney is keen to hammer out any complacency that might be in amongst his squad.
"We're not in the quarter-finals yet by any stretch of the imagination," Gaffney said on the club website.
"There is work still to be done. We know we have to go to Glasgow and get a result but we also have to show them a lot of respect as they cannot be underestimated.
"There are numerous permutations as to what can happen, but the only statistic we need to worry about is that if we can get the win, we'll make the quarter-finals and also the chance of a home draw."
While Sarries just need a victory to progress, Glasgow need a bonus-point success and, unlike his counterpart, Warriors head coach Sean Lineen has made changes.
For what is being billed as the biggest game in the club's history, Lineen has made five changes to his starting XV, one of those positional.
Lineen has brought Hefin O'Hare back in at fly-half, with Thom Evans moving to the right wing as a result in the only changes to the backs.
In the pack, Lineen has named a completely new front-row, with Justin Va'a and Moray Low coming off the bench to line-up alongside Fergus Thomson, who was rested for the trip to Viadana.
