Glasgow coach Sean Lineen has admitted he has been impressed with the attitude of his players as they look to bounce back from their defeat to Newport Gwent Dragons.
Lineen was left fuming after the Warriors crashed to a 32-22 defeat in Wales.
However after a positive week training, he is confident his side can bounce back against last season's beaten finalist Toulouse.
"I've been really impressed with the players' attitude this week. They let themselves down last weekend and they're doing everything they can to rectify that result," said Lineen.
"We've only had two home games so far this season and the last against the Scarlets was probably the best I've seen since I became involved with Glasgow. The players need to rediscover that form this week and show their class."
Fly-half Dan Parks and winger Thom Evans have recovered from injury in time for the Warriors' biggest game of the season so far.
In the pack, props Kevin Tkachuk and Ed Kalman are promoted from the bench whilst Dan Turner is given the nod in the second row and Richie Vernon makes his first competitive start of the season in the back-row.
Toulouse have made seven changes to their line-up to take on Glasgow.
Having just edged out Bath 18-16 at home - thanks to David Skrela's injury time penalty - Toulouse will be looking for a more convincing display against the minnows.
Switched
Clément Poitrenaud, Manu Ahotaeiloa and Florian Fritz are added to the backline, while Maxime Medard is switched from full-back to the wing.
In the forwards, there is a new-look front-row with props Daan Human and Salvatore Perugini coming in to team-up with hooker William Servat.
French international flanker Yannick Nyanga is also back in the starting XV after beginning the game against Bath on the bench.
Byron Kelleher starts at scrum-half after being cleared by an independent disciplinary committee of stamping during the victory over Bath.
Noves has dismissed the charge, however he does have Jean-Baptiste Elissalde available among the replacements is the hearing do find Kelleher guilty of misuse of the boot on Bath's Butch James.
