Gloucester chief Dean Ryan is looking for a positive response from his side when they entertain Bath in the Premiership.
Ryan saw his side slip up 14-9 against Harlequins last time out, and he wants he side to bounce back.
"Although we lost last weekend I thought our attitude was exceptional - despite the fact we conceded a couple of tries our defensive effort was fantastic and we will need to stack up there again tomorrow," he said.
"Tomorrow will be about two really good teams coming together. We are both pretty consistent and are renowned for producing formidable contests - not just this season but throughout the history of the rivalry.
"I say it regularly but we have picked a side purely for this game but I am sure it will be an incredible occasion."
Ryan has named Anthony Allen and James Simpson-Daniel in a new-look combination in the centres, while Olly Morgan returns at full-back.
Iain Balshaw moves to the wing to accommodate Morgan, with Charlie Sharples completing the back-three.
Bath coach Steven Meehan is hoping his side can take advantage of Gloucester's dip in form.
Chance
Indifferent performances have seen Gloucester lose to Newcastle and Harlequins since the turn of the year - and Meehan wants his side to take their chance.
"Their form through the Guinness Premiership has been a winning form most times, but they are probably not playing as well as they would have liked - probably a bit like we were feeling through December and January - but they are still knocking out valuable wins when necessary," he said.
"They have plenty of good players, a very deep squad and a good record at home.
"It is going to be very difficult, no doubt."
Bath welcome back Joe Maddock, Rob Hawkins and James Scaysbrook for the clash, with Andrew Higgins set to make his 100th appearance for the team.
