Gloucester host Bourgoin on Saturday looking to maintain their 100 percent record in this season's competition.
Dean Ryan's side now stand alongside Guinness Premiership rivals London Irish as the only unbeaten teams following their win in France last weekend.
Ryan has made three changes to the side who triumphed 31-7 at the Stade Pierre Rajon a week ago with winger Lesley Vainikolo available once again after returning to New Zealand for a family bereavement.
The powerful winger replaces Iain Balshaw who in turn takes over at full-back from Olly Morgan.
The only other change sees Luke Narraway preferred at blindside flanker to Alasdair Strokosch.
Bourgoin will travel to England more in hope than expectation with their last Heineken Cup win on the road coming way back in 2002 against Sale.
The French outfit have made six changes to their side, including a completely revamped front row with Arnaud Tchougong, Jean-Philippe Genevois and Olivier Sourgens coming in for Karena Wihongi, Benoit Cabello and Pablo Cardinali.
Elsewhere, Chris Wyatt replaces Julien Pierre in the second row with Benjamin Boyet taking over the captaincy, while Matias Viazzo (inside centre) and Florian Denos (full-back) get the nod over Sebastien Laloo and Anthony Forest respectively.
