Gloucester will look to continue their Heineken Cup revival when they entertain Connacht at Kingsholm.
Having lost to Toulouse and Harlequins in their opening two games, Gloucester responded with a hard-fought victory in Galway.
And coach Bryan Redpath has made five changes to his side as he looks to keep alive his last-eight hopes.
Dan Murphy and Rupert Harden come into the front row, while Nick Runciman and Tim Taylor will form a new-look half-back pairing.
The other change sees Mike Tindall return from his groin injury to partner Eliota Fuimaono-Sapolu in the midfield.
Connacht, who are still seeking their maiden Heineken Cup win, have made two changes to their side.
Johnny O'Connor makes a timely return to fitness to replace the sidelined Ray Ofisa, while Eoin Griffin is preferred to the benched Kyle Tonetti. The only other change sees Dylan Rogers replace Denis Buckley as replacement prop.
