Gloucester have made six changes for the return clash with Glasgow, having gone down 33-11 at Firhill.
Olly Morgan, Tom Voyce and Tim Molenaar come into the backline, while Paul Doran-Jones, Akapusi Qera and Gareth Delve are named in the pack.
And coach Bryan Redpath is hoping for an improvement on their performance north of the border.
"I was disappointed with last Friday, of that there's no question," he said.
"But, I'd never take anything away from Glasgow, they took their opportunities. So, credit to them.
"But we're back at home and that's key for us. We've got to get a reaction. We were hurting after that game last weekend and quite rightly so. We've lost too many and we're not happy about it.
"I haven't looked at the group table at all. It's not about that for me now. It's about the performance and winning the game. You can't be in the group if you don't win."
Injury
Glasgow's bid to keep their Heineken Cup quarter-final hopes alive have suffered a blow with star winger Thom Evans ruled out of Sunday's game at Gloucester.
Evans, who started Friday's 33-11 victory in the first of the Warriors' double-header with the English side, will not be risked due to a knee injury.
Head coach Sean Lineen has replaced both wingers for the game, with Dave McCall and Canada international DTH van der Merwe taking the places of Peter Murchie and Evans, respectively.
Captain Alastair Kellock has recovered from a chest infection and returns to the second row in the third change from last week's win at Firhill.
Lineen is expecting a backlash at Kingsholm this weekend saying: "Gloucester will be a real wounded animal because they are a very proud club.
"I thought we played very well at home. The boys are playing with real intent at the moment and it's a pleasure to watch them develop."
