Harlequins will go in search of the win they need against Cardiff Blues to secure a place in the semi-finals of the LV= Cup.
Quins are without seven players because of international call-ups, so Chris Brooker, John Andress, Lewis Stevenson, Tom Casson and Ross Chisholm are among those given a chance to shine.
And director of rugby Conor O'Shea has praised the attitude of his side following a run of eight wins in all competitions.

Chris Czekaj, Richard Mustoe, Casey Laulala, Tom James, Ceri Sweeney and Tom Slater have been named in the back division - with only centre Dafydd Hewitt retaining his spot.
