Harlequins director of rugby Conor O'Shea has made just one change to his squad for the visit of Newcastle.
Following the 40-13 thrashing of Exeter, O'Shea has just included fit-again Tom Williams on the bench at the expense of 19-year-old Ross Chisholm.
Falcons coach Alan Tait has wielded the axe following the heavy defeat to London Irish.
Will Welch, Luke Fielden, Jeremy Manning, Chris Pilgrim, Robert Vickerman and Grant Shiells all come into the starting XV for the trip to London, with Alex Tait, Micky Young, Gcobani Bobo, Luke Eves, Jon Golding and Brent Wilson dropped.
Golding, Young, Eves and Tait are retained on the bench, where they are joined by Mark Wilson, Joe Graham, Kieran Brookes and Glen Townson.
