Harlequins have handed Ross Chisholm an early birthday present by naming him at full-back for the visit of Cavalieri Prato.
Chisholm, who turns 20 next week, is included as one of a number of changes for the clash.
Rory Clegg, who has just signed a new deal, and Karl Dickson combine in a new-look half-back pairing.
There are six changes in the pack, with Ceri Jones, Joe Gray, who is making his starting debut, James Johnston, George Robson, Tomas Vallejos and Will Skinner coming into the side.
