The in-form Quins will look to defend their impressive home record when local rivals Saracens to the Twickenham Stoop.
Harlequins haven't lost in the Guinness Premiership at home since September - and they will be boosted by the return of All Black ace Nick Evans for the clash.
Evans comes in at fly-half for the benched Chris Malone and is one of three changes from the side that beat Bristol.
Danny Care returns from international duty to replace Andy Gomarsall at scrum-half, while Ugo Monye comes back on to the wing.
There is also a return for Tani Fuga, who comes into the match-day 22 on the bench.
Saracens have been forced to make three changes for the short trip, with Nick Lloyd, Andy Saull and Cencus Johnston all ruled out through injury.
As a result Tom Mercey and Cobus Visagie both come into the front row while David Seymour returns to the back row.
Saracens boss Eddie Jones said: "Losing Nick Lloyd and Andy Saull is a blow as both have been playing well for us but we're lucky to have the strength within the squad to bring in players like Cobus Visagie, Tom Mercey and David Seymour."
Jones will be looking for his side to perform better than their last performance against the Quins - a 24-21 defeat on the opening day of the season.
"We didn't exactly do ourselves any favours by dropping the ball from the kick-off which allowed them good field position to score a try after two minutes," said Jones.
"It wasn't the best way to start the season and we're keen to put that right.
"In terms of our points scored and conceded this season, our records are pretty similar, but Quins have been able to win the close matches that we haven't and that is something we want to change for the rest of the season."
