Harlequins have been boosted by the return of trio Danny Care, Nick Easter and Ugo Monye for Saturday's Heineken Cup clash with Toulouse.
The players were rested last week under the EPS agreement with Steve So'oialo and Tom Guest now moving to the bench while the injured Gonzalo Camacho is replaced by George Lowe.
Meanwhile, Toulouse have rotated their strong squad ahead of clash at the Twickenham Stoop.
Named in the starting line-up are Yves Donguy, Shaun Sowerby, Romain Millo-Chluski, Benoit Lecouls and Jean-Baptiste Poux, who will be fresh for the contest as they look to follow up their impressive home victory against Sale Sharks.
