Table-topping Harlequins will aim to put their Amlin Challenge Cup disappointment behind them when they entertain Wasps.
Harlequins, who won the second-tier European competition last season, lost out in the quarter-finals to Toulon - with the Aviva Premiership now their last chance of silverware.
And a win on Saturday will guarantee them a place in the end-of-season play-offs.
Boss Conor O'Shea has made just two changes to his line-up - with Sam Smith and Danny Care handed starts.
Struggling Wasps will welcome back winger Tom Varndell to their starting XV for the short trip across London.
Varndell has been sidelined for three months but he has been passed fit to return.
Wasps have also named openside flanker Jonathan Poff, prop Tim Payne and hooker Tom Lindsay in their line-up, with Chris Mayor, Lee Robinson and Billy Vunipola coming in on the bench.
