After last Saturday's much-needed victory at the Stoop against Newcastle, Harlequins are looking to make it back-to-back home wins against Leeds Carnegie.
There are five changes to the starting line-up, including the return of England number eight Nick Easter.
After being injured in the final game of the RBS Six Nations, Easter is back in his familiar position at the base of the Quins scrum.
Tom Guest starts in place of the injured Chris Robshaw at blindside flanker, while in the front-row Tani Fuga returns to partner Ceri Jones and John Andress.
In the backs, there are two more injury casualties. Gonzalo Tiesi and Ugo Monye are both on the sidelined, although their loss is tempered return of David Strettle to the wing and George Lowe in the centres.
Clark included
Leeds have made just one change to their starting XV with Calum Clark preferred to Kearnan Myall in the back-row.
Myall, who has started the last four games, drops to the bench.
There are two further changes among the replacements. Hooker Phil Nilsen comes in for Vili Ma'asi after impressing for the A team in recent weeks and Andy Gomarsall also returns against his former club.
