Leicester will welcome a quartet of international back into their line-up for the visit of Gloucester.
Irish full-back Geordan Murphy will wear the No.15 jersey, while Benjamin Kayser, Julian White and Tom Croft will bolster the pack.
The came will mark a milestone for White and Sam Vesty with the duo set to make their 100th appearances for the Tigers.
Leicester will be without Harry Ellis and Toby Flood due to the elite playing squad agreement, while Martin Corry is suspended.
Jordan Crane, Brett Deacon , Craig Newby, Seru Rabeni, Dan Hipkiss, Lewis Moody, Ben Herring, Boris Stankovich and Richard Blaze are out injured.
James Simpson-Daniel has suffered another injury setback and will miss out on the trip to Welford Road.
The Gloucester back had impressed in the centres against Bath, scoring two tries, however he is ruled out with a side problem and replaced by Olly Barkley.
"To lose a player of Simpson-Daniel's quality for a game of this magnitude is significant because he is such an attacking threat from either the wing or centre," said head coach Dean Ryan.
"We saw his effectiveness last week but we are in pretty reasonable shape considering the injuries we have been suffering."
Ryan has made one other change, with Luke Narraway returning from England duty to replace Apo Satala - while the inclusion of Barkley means Anthony Allen reverts to outside centre.
