Leicester lock Geoff Parling will make his first appearance of the season when Harlequins head to Welford Road on Friday.
Parling has been sidelined with a neck injury suffered on England's tour to Australia in the summer.
However he has been included on the bench for the clash, joining young props Fraser Balmain and Ryan Bower.
The Tigers welcome back internationals Geordan Murphy, Anthony Allen and George Chuter, while Manu Tuilagi makes his first start in the Aviva Premiership.
Harlequins have named a strong-looking side as they look to follow up their LV= Cup victory over the Tigers.
Nick Evans replaces Rory Clegg to partner Karl Dickson at half-back, with Jordan Turner-Hall and Ollie Smith teaming up in the midfield.
Full-back Mike Brown returns, with Tom Williams and George Lowe named on the wings.
