Leicester will welcome back Italy international Martin Castrogiovanni for the visit of Perpignan on Sunday.
The inclusion of Castrogiovanni is the only change to the starting XV following the 24-19 defeat to Perpignan in France.
Dan Cole drops to the bench, where he is joined by fellow prop Julian White - with director of rugby Richard Cockerill knowing his side will have to dig deep to get the win.
"This was always going to be a tight pool and every point is very important," said Cockerill.
"We expect another big performance from Perpignan and we need to match that mentally and physically, we need to have our attitude spot-on and we need the home crowd behind us.
"We knew there would be times over there when we were under a huge amount of pressure and we'd have to dig deep and get ourselves out of a hole We showed great resilience and commitment."
Perpignan have made eight changes for the clash - with former Tiger Henry Tuilagi set to start at No.8.
